ONE FLOORING
ONE FLOORING is a single-component coloured liquid waterproofing membrane with high UV-resistant protection specifically formulated to ensure long-lasting waterproofing, and durable ‘drive-over’ protection to treated substrates. Applicable both indoors and outdoors in extreme conditions: low and high temperatures from 32°F to 113°F (from 0°C to +45°C), on damp, very humid or wet substrates. The product remains stable to thermal shocks. Specific for waterproofing and protecting floors also subject to strong stresses, such as: garages, parking lots in general, industrial floors, cement screeds that are not completely cured (e.g., 7 days at 59°F/15°C), substrates in: concrete, tiled and with permanent problems of excess moisture. The product, when fully cured, is resistant to wear from the passage of rubberized vehicles, even intense and hard tyres. Its particular formulation allows optimal adhesion, even on asphalt substrates, as long as it is compact and with good mechanical strength (≥72psi / ≥0.5 N/mm²). Once applied, after a few hours it is completely out of the rain (refer to the table on the technical data sheet).

Application
It can be applied with a spatula or short-haired roller. Apply the first coat by short-haired roller for a consumption of 0,57-0,6 gallons/100 sq.ft (350-400g/m²). Wait for the time indicated on the temperature table, then apply the second coat, always with roller or metal trowel, for a rate of 1,8-1,96 gallons/100 sq.ft (1.1-1.2 kg/m²).The use of a spiked roller after the second coat, before it cures, is always recommended. In order to obtain the finest finish, apply the finish coat of product with a short-haired roller in longitudinal and transversal strokes, for a consumption of 0,5 gallons/100sq.ft (300g/m²). For any repairs to the surface, PRE-ONE mortar or UNIBAR FORMULA and UNIBAR MALTA can be used. In case of an oil-polluted substrate, provide for the use of ONE PRIMER or TECHNOASFALT where applicated on asphalt (see technical data sheet). In case of application on substrates subject to movements, it will be necessary to interpose ONE MAT in between. In case of application on substrates subject to movements, such as for example tiled foundations, apply the product as described below: After carefully cleaning the surface to be treated, regularize the volume of the joints with ONE VERTICAL 0,53 gallons/100 sq.ft (300g/m²), using a smooth trowel. After at least 8 hours at 68°F (+20°C), apply ONE FLOORING, with a consumption of 1,15 – 1,47 gallons/100 sq.ft (700-900g/m²), depending on substrate porosity. During application we would recommend crossing the layers to evenly distribute the product. Immediately lay ONE MAT, non-woven 90g/m² reinforcement, by using a spiked roller or a smooth putty knife, but avoiding using too much pressure. In a short time, the reinforcement will be incorporated by the product without further steps. Wait for the time required for the application of the 2nd coat (see temperature table) and apply other 0,98-1,3 gallons/100 sq.ft (600-800g/m²) od product. As with the first coat, we recommend crossing the layers while applying even the second coat. Wait for the time indicated in the temperature time table and apply the finishing coat with a short-haired roller, and a consumption of 0,49 gallons/100 sq.ft (300g/m²), both longitudinally and transversely.

Consumption
2,8 – 3,1 gallons/100 sq.ft (1.7 - 1.9 kg/m²) without reinforcement. 2,95 – 3,1 gallons/100 sq.ft (1.8 - 1.9 kg/m²) with the interposition of ONE MAT.

Useful Advices
Make sure that the supports are clean and free from crumbly, detached parts, foreign or non-sticking substances. Apply in two coats. To obtain an optimal finish, apply the second coat of the product with a short-haired roller both longitudinally and transversely. SURFACES WITH JOINTS: The joints must always be respected and waterproofed with WINJOINT FOAM and WINJOINT SEAL.

Storage
The product, in its undamaged packaging and stored in a dry and protected place, has a shelf-life of 12 months. Store at temperatures between 41°F and 95°F (between +5°C and +35°C). Accessories: BC Seal Band, BC Seal Pad, Winjoint Foam, Winjoint Seal, One Mat.
