DESCRIPTION

Is an aluminum colored water-based protective coating that ensures the protection of bituminous surfaces from UV rays and helps reduce the heat absorption by the roof.

It is the ideal environmental friendly solution to help delaying the degradation of aged mod, bit, membranes or cap sheets that lost the protection of the mineral granules, or to protect smooth mod, bit, membranes (oxidized minimum of 90 days).

Is a low VOC (65 g/l), fast curing (approx. 2 hours or less) and highly reflective (over 70% after weathering) aluminum protective coating that is CRRC (Cool Roof Rating Council) Rated Product.

  • Application

    Apply it over prepped dry surfaces with roll, brush, large paintbrush, or airless spray gun.
  • Consumption
    Minimum consumption rate for the first coat is between 0.3 and 0.45 Gal. per 100 Sq. Ft. (130 – 200 g/m²).
    Average consumption rate for the second coat is 0.2 Gal. per 100 Sq. Ft. (100 g/m²).
     
  • Useful Advices

    The application rate will vary (especially for the first coat) depending upon the substrate profile/porosity, weather, method of application, etc. Apply at ambient and substrate temperatures between 41F and 95F (+5°C and +35°C).

    4.8 gallons per pail. Weight: 44 Lbs. (20 kg).

    STORAGE

    When kept in its sealed, undamaged package in a shaded covered place at temperatures between 41F and 95F (+5°C and +35°C) product can be stored for 12 months.
