WINGRIP\u00ae NEXT<\/strong>\u00a0NEXT<\/strong>, <\/span>is a ready-to-use adhesion promoter of extraordinary tenacity, based on water-dispersed resins and siliceous inert materials.<\/p>\n

concrete, cellular concrete, gypsum, plasterboard, bricks, stone, masonry, ceramics, wood, insulating panels, as well as on oxidizable metals.<\/p>\n

WINGRIP\u00ae NEXT can be applied both indoors and outdoors. The product is ready to use and extremely easy to apply. It doesn’t require pre-wetting the substrate, and the bonding deck can be coated after just two hours, or even several months after application.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

WINGRIP\u00ae NEXT can be used as a “fresh on fresh” adhesion promoter for bonded or self-levelling screeds, even on supports with non-uniform water absorption. Furthermore, it ensures strong adhesion of plasters (max thickness of 2 cm) and smoothing compounds.<\/p>\n

It is ideal as a primer for cementitious adhesives before laying floors or overlapping coverings, as an insulator for plaster and coated plasterboards (plasterboard), to improve the adhesion of smoothing compounds on insulation panels for external insulation. By preventing the absorption of mixing water, it is exceptional for low-thickness smoothing of facades, cornices or pillars.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

WINGRIP\u00ae NEXT can be applied with a brush, broad brush, roller or airless pump.<\/p>\n

Apply in a single coat, ensuring the surface to be evenly covered.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In case of application on crumbly surfaces, a prior application of WINFIX CONCRETE is recommended to promote adhesion.<\/p>\n

\n

USEFUL TIPS \/ SURFACE PREPARATION<\/span><\/h4>\n

Do not apply on surfaces subject to water pooling.<\/p>\n

Ensure that the application surfaces are clean, dry, and free from friable parts, oils, greases, waxes, and anti-adhesive substances<\/p>\n

Apply at temperatures between 5\u00b0C and +35\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

For the construction of bonded screeds, including self-leveling ones, it is recommended to overlap the fresh product.<\/p>\n

For plastering, do not exceed a thickness of 2 cm.<\/p>\n

Clean the support carefully to remove dust, crumbly parts, foreign or non-stick substances.<\/p>\n

The application must take place on a dry surface, check the presence of humidity in the substrate.<\/p>\n
