Winjoint Tech, <\/strong>sealing system based on cold-applied elastomeric bitumen emulsion and water-dispersed resins, solvent-free.<\/span><\/p>\n

Used for the quick and easy sealing of joints in bituminous and concrete materials, as well as small cracks in roads and airport runways.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

It can be applied by pouring, optionally helping the application with a metal spatula.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For sealing cracks from 1 to 10 mm, mix the product with 30% by weight of SPECIAL FILLERS until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Pour the product into the crack and, if necessary, spread it with a metal spatula.<\/p>\n

After 24 hours, apply one or two coats of WINJOINT TOP COAT using a roller or brush.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

For joints ranging from \u22651 cm up to a maximum of 2 cm, apply a first coat of the product mixed with 30% by weight of SPECIAL FILLERS, then immediately broadcast SC3 quartz to saturation (quartz consumption approx. 30 g\/m per 1 cm of width), and proceed with the application of the product until the joint is fully filled.<\/p>\n

After 24 hours, apply one or two coats of WINJOINT TOP COAT using a roller or brush.<\/p>\n

USEFUL TIPS \/ SURFACE PREPARATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

Quickly clean the substrate to remove dust or any loose parts.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In case of use for joint treatment, remove any previously applied sealants. Then insert WINJOINT FOAM, a compressible non-stick backer rod, into the joint to create the \u201cthird wall.\u201d<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Apply the product at temperatures between +10\u00b0C and +50\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

  • Consumption of the bituminous sealant only: 100\u2013110 g\/m for a 1\u00d71 cm bead,<\/li>\n
  • Consumption of the sealant mixed with 30% by weight of SPECIAL FILLERS: 120\u2013130 g\/m for a 1\u00d71 cm bead,<\/li>\n
  • Top coat consumption: 15\u201320 g\/m for a 1\u00d71 cm bead in one or two coats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
