Winplan 370, <\/strong>Premixed, quick-drying screed for both internal and external settings.<\/p>\n

It allows the creation of adherent screeds with thicknesses from 1 cm to 3 cm and floating screeds from 3 cm to 8 cm, applied in one coat, in one single application without stopping.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Applicable on new or old slabs, boilers, concrete, radiant floors, or existing floors.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Ideal for balconies, terraces, offices, residential environments, floors with high pedestrian traffic, such as shopping centres or industrial floors.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It can be coated with ceramic, resilient materials, natural stone, parquet, wood, or any other coating where a quick drying is required.<\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

\u00a0<\/span>The product is used to create both adherent screeds, using ADEGUM LATEX or WINCOLLA as adhesion promoters (see technical data sheet), or floating load distributing layers.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In the latter case, suitable layers are recommended for the specific intended use.<\/p>\n

For application on radiant floors, a thickness of at least 3 cm above the pipes is recommended.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

If parquet must be installed, the layer must not be less than 4 cm and with residual humidity less than 2% (UNI 10329- UNI 11371 and UNI 11515-1 standards)<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Mix with 2.5 litres of water per bag, until a homogeneous mixture with a consistency of \u201cdamp earth\u201d is obtained.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

With thicknesses from 4 cm to 8 cm, place electro-welded galvanized mesh with 5×5 cm mesh, \u00f8 2 mm, at about half of the thickness.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Alternatively, use FIBER HD synthetic fibers (0.5% of the total weight).<\/p>\n

The finishing with a trowel must be carried out within 60 minutes of application, until a closed and smooth surface is obtained.<\/p>\n

\n

USEFUL TIPS \/ SURFACE PREPARATION <\/span><\/h4>\n

Do not add cement or additives.<\/p>\n

Do not use if bag is damaged.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Do not add water when the mix begins to grip.<\/p>\n

Do not apply on asphalt surfaces or surfaces treated with bitumen.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Create the insulation joint along the entire perimeter and around the pillars and the hydrometric shrinkage joints, following the appropriate diagram shown in the technical data sheet (UNI EN 11493-1).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Provide a protective layer on substrates that require a vapor barrier (UNI EN 13970 standard), or in case of applications that require a barrier against capillary rising damp (UNI EN 13969 standard).<\/p>\n
