ONE\u00ae<\/strong>\u00a0FLOORING<\/strong>,<\/span> is a single-component coloured liquid waterproofing membrane with high UV-resistant protection specifically formulated to ensure long-lasting waterproofing, and durable \u2018drive-over\u2019 protection to treated substrates.<\/p>\n

Applicable both indoors and outdoors in extreme conditions: low and high temperatures (from 0\u00b0C to +45\u00b0C), on damp, very humid or wet substrates. The product remains stable to thermal shocks.<\/p>\n

Specific for waterproofing and protecting floors also subject to strong stresses, such as: garages, parking lots in general, industrial floors, cement screeds that are not completely cured (e.g., 7 days at 15\u00b0C), substrates in: concrete, tiled and with permanent problems of excess moisture.<\/p>\n

The product, when fully cured, is resistant to wear from the passage of rubberized vehicles, even intense and hard tyres.<\/p>\n

Its particular formulation allows optimal adhesion, even on asphalt substrates, as long as it is compact and with good mechanical strength (\u2265 0.5N\/mm\u00b2).<\/p>\n

Once applied, after a few hours it is completely out of the rain (refer to the table on the technical data sheet).<\/p>\n

APPLICATION\u00a0 <\/span><\/h4>\n

It can be applied with a spatula or short-haired roller.<\/p>\n

Apply the first coat by short-haired roller for a consumption of 350-400g\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Wait for the time indicated on the temperature table, then apply the second coat, always with roller or metal trowel, for a rate of 1.1-1.2 kg\/m\u00b2.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Wait for it to dry and apply the finishing coat with a short-haired roller, with a consumption of 300 g\/m\u00b2.<\/span><\/p>\n

The use of a spiked roller after the second coat, before it cures, is always recommended.<\/p>\n

For any repairs to the surface, PRE-ONE\u00ae mortar or UNIBAR FORMULA and UNIBAR MALTA can be used.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In case of an oil-polluted substrate, provide for the use of ONE\u00ae <\/span>PRIMER or TECHNOASFALT where applied on asphalt (see technical data sheet).<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

In case of application on substrates subject to movements, it will be necessary to interpose ONE\u00ae <\/span>MAT in between.<\/p>\n

\n

USEFUL TIPS \/ SURFACE PREPARATION<\/span><\/h4>\n

Make sure that the supports are clean and free from crumbly, detached parts, foreign or non-sticking substances.<\/p>\n

Apply in two coats.<\/p>\n

To obtain an optimal finish, apply the second coat of the product with a short-haired roller both longitudinally and transversely.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

SURFACES WITH JOINTS: The joints must always be respected and waterproofed with a suitable polyurethane sealant.<\/p>\n
