Cold roof, waterproofed with liquid membrane to be applied under ballast

1 LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT

2 BONDING PRIMER

for bonded screeds, 1–3 cm thick. Apply WINGRIP NEXT by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². While the product is still fresh, create the sloped screed.

3 SLOPED SCREED

with a minimum slope of 1%, made using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, it is recommended to use WINGRIP NEXT as bonding promoter, applied fresh-on-fresh.

4 WATERPROOFING

application by roller, brush, or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK ANTIRADICE system, a water-based bituminous liquid membrane, elastomeric, waterproof, thixotropic, resistant to water ponding and weathering. Applied in two coats, with horizontal reinforcement WINTECHNO MAT embedded between layers. Also available in “Rapid” version for fast-drying or fresh-on-fresh applications. Total consumption for two coats: 2.5 kg/m².

7 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

application of BC SEAL BAND, self-adhesive butyl strip, in corners. Used together with BC SEAL PAD for waterproofing drains, outlets, and penetrations.

8 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING

application by roller, brush, or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK, a water-based bituminous liquid membrane, elastomeric, waterproof, thixotropic, resistant to water ponding and weathering. Also available in “Rapid” version for fast-drying or fresh-on-fresh applications. Total consumption for two coats: 1.2 kg/m².
