2 BONDING PROMOTER
For the construction of bonded screeds with a thickness of 1 to 3 cm, apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray at a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². Apply the sloped screed on the fresh product. Sul prodotto fresco realizzare il massetto delle pendenze.
3 SLOPED SCREED
Must have a minimum slope of 1%. It can be created using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness of 1 to 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a fresh-on-fresh bonding promoter.
4 REFLECTIVE PROTECTIVE COATING SYSTEM, VERTICAL UPSTAND
Apply bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER by roller, brush, or spray, with a total consumption of 150–200 g/m².
5 WATERPROOFING
Construction of a double layer of elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane applied hot: EXPERTA 300, with cold flexibility of –15 °C, and EXPERTA 400, with cold flexibility of –20 °C. The membrane is reinforced with non-woven continuous-filament polyester stabilized with glass, rot-proof.
6 OIL-BASED FIXING PRIMER
Application by roller, brush, or spray of the oil-fixing primer 2000 FAST PRIMER. At a temperature of 20 °C, it can be overcoated after just 3 hours. Consumption: 250 g/m².
7 REFLECTIVE PROTECTIVE COATING
Application by roller, brush, or spray of 2000 FAST REFLEX, a high-reflectance protective cycle resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and weathering. Thanks to its Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 108, it helps reduce roof temperatures, ensuring material durability and structural comfort. Consumo 1 kg/m² in due mani.
8 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Construction of the vertical upstand using EXPERTA 400 elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane, with cold flexibility of –20 °C, reinforced with rot-proof continuous-filament polyester non-woven fabric stabilized with glass.
9 OIL-FIXING PRIMER
Application by roller, brush, or spray of the oil-fixing primer 2000 FAST PRIMER. At a temperature of 20 °C, it can be overcoated after just 3 hours. Consumption: 250 g/m².
10 CICLO PROTTETIVO RIFLETTENTE
Apply 2000 FAST REFLEX by roller, brush, or spray, a high-reflectance protective coating resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and weathering. Thanks to its Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 108, it helps reduce roof temperatures, ensuring material durability and structural comfort. Consumption: 1 kg/m² in two coats.
