Cold roofing, waterproofed with a double layer of bituminous membrane, applied cold, using Winglue adhesive, under the ballast layer

1 LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT

2 BONDING PROMOTER

For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick. Apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². Create the sloped screed while the product is still fresh.

3 SLOPED SCREED

Minimum slope 1%, made using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as bonding promoter, applied fresh-on-fresh.

4 ADHESIVE FOR MEMBRANES

Apply water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST by roller or brush, with a consumption of 0.8 kg/m².

5 WATERPROOFING

Elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) COVERGUM SPECIAL, cold flexibility –20 °C, applied cold with suitable adhesive, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric with continuous fiber stabilized with glass, rot-proof.

6 PROTECTIVE / DRAINING LAYER

7 BALLAST

8 PRIMER

Apply bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 150–200 g/m².
