WATERPROOFING WITH BROOF T2 AND REFLECTIVE LIQUID MEMBRANES

1 SUBSTRATE / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT

2 BONDING PROMOTER

For bonded screeds with a thickness of 1 to 3 cm, apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray at a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². Apply the sloped screed on the fresh product.

3 SLOPED SCREED

Must have a minimum slope of 1%. It can be created using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness of 1 to 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a fresh-on-fresh bonding promoter.

4 WATERPROOFING

Apply two coats by roller, brush, or spray of Wingum Plus® H₂O Broof T2, a colored, fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid membrane. The product is resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and weathering. The “Reflex” versions feature high reflectance (SRI 108), and the “Broof T2” versions are certified for external fire resistance. Embed the reinforcement fabric Wintechno Mat in the first coat, applying light pressure and ensuring the fabric is fully impregnated. Total consumption in two coats: 2.2 kg/m².

5 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Apply self-adhesive butyl strip BC SEAL BAND in corners. Together with BC SEAL PAD, it is used for the treatment of drains, roof outlets, and pipe penetrations.

6 VERTICAL UPSTAND

Apply Wingum Plus® H₂O Broof T2 on vertical upstands by roller, brush, or spray. The product is colored, fiber-reinforced, elastomeric, and resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and weathering. Total consumption in two coats, without reinforcement fabric, is 1.6 kg/m².
