Waterproofing application using a liquid membrane suitable for successive draining surface application for foot traffic

1 STRUCTURAL ELEMENT / SUBFLOOR

2 ADHESION PROMOTER

For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, apply WINGRIP® NEXT with roller, brush, or spray, consumption 0.5 kg/m². Apply the screed for slopes on the fresh product.

3 SLOPED SCREED

Minimum slope 1%, realized using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, it is recommended to use WINGRIP NEXT as adhesion promoter, fresh-on-fresh.

4 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Apply self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND in corners. Used together with BC SEAL PAD for sealing drains, outlets, and penetrations.

5 WALKABLE WATERPROOFING

Application of ONE® system with roller, brush, or spray. Suitable for high traffic, puncture-resistant, and applicable on damp surfaces and extreme temperatures (0–45 °C). Applied in two layers with reinforcement mat ONE® MAT. Total consumption 1.9 kg/m².

6 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING

Application of ONE® VERTICAL system with roller, brush, or spray. Thixotropic waterproofing for vertical upstands and details, puncture-resistant, applicable on damp surfaces and extreme temperatures (0–45 °C). Applied in a single layer, consumption 0.35 kg/m².

8 SUBFLOOR IN STABILIZED GRAVEL WITH GRID SYSTEM

9 PERMEABLE PAVING

Realized by mixing selected aggregates with WINDECK LEGANTE, a single-component, medium-viscosity, transparent hybrid resin, free of water and solvents, formulated as a binder for aggregates of different colors and sizes. Suitable for permeable pedestrian paths and walkways with an aesthetic finish. Average mixing ratio 1:20, adjustable based on aggregate size. Consumption approx. 5 kg per 100 kg of aggregates.
