Waterproofing method for tiled swimming pools, using cement-based, two-component, waterproof mortar

2 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Application of self-adhesive butyl strip BC SEAL BAND in corners. Used together with BC SEAL PAD for sealing drains, skimmers, and lights.

3 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING

Application of two-component elastic cementitious premix WFZ5 WINFLEX CEMENT. Can be applied with trowel or spray after proper mixing of the components. Reinforce with suitable fiberglass mesh, embedded in the first fresh layer. On screeds and cementitious substrates, apply a total thickness of 4 mm in two coats.

4 TILE ADHESIVE

Bonding of tiles with cementitious adhesive suitable for pool use, ROYAL SUPER SP.

5 CERAMIC FLOORING

Pool-suitable ceramic tiles. Joint grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
