1 SUBSTRATE / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT
Minimum slope 1%. Alternatively, sloping screed made with WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.
2 PRIMER
Application by roller, brush or spray of bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, total consumption 150–200 g/m².
3 VAPOR BARRIER
Hot-applied 4 mm bitumen-polymer membrane COVERBLOCK, reinforced with glass veil and aluminium foil.
4 ADHESIVE FOR INSULATION PANELS
Application by roller or brush of water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST, consumption 0.8 kg/m².
5 THERMAL INSULATION LAYER
6 WATERPROOFING
Application by roller, brush or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK, elastomeric liquid bituminous membrane in water dispersion, waterproofing, thixotropic, resistant to water ponding and weathering. Applied in two coats with horizontal reinforcement WINTECHNO MAT. Available also in “Rapid” version for fast curing or wet-on-wet. Total consumption 1.8 kg/m².
7 SOLAR SEPARATION LAYER: LDPE SHEET
8 LOAD-DISTRIBUTING SCREED
De-bonded screed made with fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
9 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING
Application of cementitious adhesive C2TES2 and BOND CEMENT under-tile waterproofing. Applied in a single coat, ensuring a continuous 2 mm layer under tiles. Consumption varies with substrate roughness and application method: approx. 3.5 kg/m² single coat; 5 kg/m² double coat.
10 CERAMIC FLOORING
Suitable for exterior use. Grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
11 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND; together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets and penetrations.
12 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Application by roller, brush or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK, elastomeric liquid bituminous membrane in water dispersion, waterproofing, thixotropic, resistant to water ponding and weathering. Available in “Rapid” version. Applied in two coats; consumption 1.2 kg/m².
13 ADHESION PROMOTER
Application of WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush or spray; overcoatable after 2 hours; consumption 0.3 kg/m².
14 BASE PLASTER
Cement-based pre-mixed plaster WR05 WINTONAC on vertical surfaces; consumption 1.9 kg/m² per mm thickness.
15 FINISHING SKIM COAT
Cement-based skim WF02 RASOWIN; consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
16 FINISHING SKIM COAT
Apply self-adhesive butyl strip BC SEAL BAND at corners.
Used together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.
17 TILE ADHESIVE AND VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Installation of skirting using flexible, waterproof adhesive BOND CEMENT, class C2TES2.
18 SKIRTING
Grouted with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
