1 SUBSTRATE / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT
Minimum slope 1%. Alternatively, sloping screed made with WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds, 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.
2 PRIMER
Application by roller, brush or spray of bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, total consumption 150–200 g/m².
3 VAPOR BARRIER
Hot-applied 4 mm bitumen-polymer membrane COVERBLOCK, reinforced with glass veil and aluminium foil.
4 ADHESIVE FOR INSULATION PANELS
Application by roller or brush of water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST, consumption 0.8 kg/m².
5 THERMAL INSULATION LAYER
6 WATERPROOFING
Double layer of hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) EXPERTA 300 (cold flexibility –15 °C) and EXPERTA 400 (cold flexibility –20 °C), reinforced with non-woven continuous-filament polyester, glass-stabilised.
7 SOLAR SEPARATION LAYER: LDPE SHEET
8 LOAD-DISTRIBUTING SCREED
De-bonded screed made with fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
9 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING
Application of Wingrip® Bituminous, water-emulsion bitumen-based product modified with special fillers and high-performance polymers, providing high crack-bridging capability and very high waterproofing performance. Applied by roller or brush in a single coat on cement screeds and substrates; consumption 1 kg/m².
10 TILE ADHESIVE
Installation of tiles using flexible adhesive ROYAL FLEX, suitable for exterior use, class C2TES1.
11 CERAMIC FLOOR
Suitable for external use. Grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
12 PRIMER
Application by roller, brush or spray of bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, total consumption 150–200 g/m².
13 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) EXPERTA 400, cold flexibility –20 °C, reinforced with non-woven continuous-filament polyester, glass-stabilised.
14 ADHESION PROMOTER
Application of WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush or spray; overcoatable after approx. 2 hours; consumption 0.3 kg/m².
15 BASE PLASTER
Cement-based pre-mixed plaster WR05 WINTONAC on vertical surfaces; consumption 1.9 kg/m² per mm thickness.
16 FINISHING SKIM COAT
cement-based skim WF02 RASOWIN; consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
17 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Apply self-adhesive butyl strip BC SEAL BAND at corners. Used together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.
18 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING, VERTICAL UPSTAND.
19 TILE ADHESIVE, VERTICAL UPSTAND
installation of skirting tiles using flexible adhesive ROYAL FLEX, suitable for exterior use, class C2TES1, followed by grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
