1 LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT

2 BONDING PRIMER

For the construction of bonded screeds from 1 to 3 cm, apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². While the product is still fresh, create the sloped screed.

3 SLOPED SCREED

With a minimum slope of 1%. Manufactured using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness from 1 to 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a bonding primer, applied fresh-on-fresh.

4 PRIMER

Application by roller, brush, or spray of ECOIMPRIMER bituminous primer, with a total consumption of 150–200 g/m².

5 WATERPROOFING

First layer of hot-applied EXPERTA 300 elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane, with cold flexibility of –15°C, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric made of continuous filament stabilized with glass, rot-proof.

6 WATERPROOFING

Second layer of hot-applied EXPERTA 400 MINERAL elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane, with cold flexibility of –20°C, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric made of continuous filament stabilized with glass, rot-proof. The upper surface is treated with natural or colored slate flakes or ceramic granules.

7 VERTICAL WATERPROOFING UPSTAND

Second layer of hot-applied EXPERTA 400 MINERAL elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane, with cold flexibility of –20°C, reinforced with non-woven polyester continuous-filament fabric stabilized with glass, rot-proof. The upper surface is treated with natural or colored slate flakes or ceramic granules.
