1 LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT
2 BONDING PROMOTER
For the construction of bonded screeds from 1 to 3 cm, apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². While the product is still fresh, create the sloped screed.
3 SLOPED SCREED
With a minimum slope of 1%, made using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness of 1 to 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a bonding primer, applied fresh-on-fresh.
4 PRIMER
Apply bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER by roller, brush, or spray, with a total consumption of 150–200 g/m².
5 WATERPROOFING
First layer: hot-applied EXPERTA 300, an elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) with cold flexibility of –15 °C, reinforced with continuous-filament, glass-stabilized, rot-proof non-woven polyester fabric.
6 WATERPROOFING
Second layer: hot-applied EXPERTA 400, an elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) with cold flexibility of –20 °C, reinforced with continuous-filament, glass-stabilized, rot-proof non-woven polyester fabric.
7 OIL-BASED FIXING PRIMER
Apply 2000 FAST PRIMER by roller, brush, or spray. At 20 °C it can be overcoated after 3 hours. Consumption: 250 g/m².
8 REFLECTIVE PROTECTIVE COATING
Apply 2000 FAST REFLEX by roller, brush, or spray. High-reflectance protective system, resistant to ponding, UV rays, and weathering With a reflectance index of SRI 108, it reduces roof temperatures, ensuring material durability and structural comfort. Consumption: 1 kg/m² in two coats.
9 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Second layer of hot-applied EXPERTA 400, elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) with cold flexibility of –20 °C, reinforced with continuous-filament, glass-stabilized, rot-proof non-woven polyester fabric.
