1 SUBSTRATE / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT
Must have a minimum slope of 1%. Alternatively, a sloped screed can be created using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness from 1 to 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a fresh-on-fresh bonding promoter.
2 PRIMER
Application by roller, brush, or spray of ECOIMPRIMER bituminous primer, with a total consumption of 150–200 g/m².
3 VAPOR BARRIER
Hot application of the 4 mm COVERBLOCK bitumen–polymer membrane, which acts as a vapour barrier and is reinforced with a fiberglass mat coupled with a rot-proof aluminium sheet.
4 ADHESIVE FOR PANELS
Application by roller or brush of the water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST, with a consumption of 0.8 kg/m².
5 THERMAL INSULATION ELEMENT
Suitable for torch application of bituminous membranes.
6 WATERPROOFING
First layer of EXPERTA 300 elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane applied by torch, featuring cold flexibility of –15 °C and reinforced with a rot-proof continuous-filament polyester non-woven fabric stabilized with glass.
7 WATERPROOFING
Second layer of EXPERTA 400 elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane applied by torch, featuring cold flexibility of –20 °C and reinforced with a rot-proof continuous-filament polyester non-woven fabric stabilized with glass.
8 OIL-FIXING PRIMER
Application by roller, brush, or spray of the oil-fixing primer 2000 FAST PRIMER. At a temperature of 20 °C, it can be overcoated after just 3 hours. Consumption: 250 g/m².
9 REFLECTIVE PROTECTIVE COATING
Application by roller, brush, or spray of 2000 FAST REFLEX, a high-reflectance protective cycle resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and weathering. Thanks to its Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of 108, it helps reduce roof temperatures, ensuring material durability and structural comfort. Consumption: 1 kg/m² in two coats.
