1 SUPPORTING SUBSTRATE / STRUCTURAL ELEMENT

Minimum slope 1%. Alternatively, a sloped screed can be created using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
For bonded screeds, 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT as adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.

2 PRIMER

Roller, brush, or spray application of bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER.
Consumption: 150–200 g/m².

3 VAPOR BARRIER

Hot-applied COVERBLOCK 4 mm, bitumen-polymer membrane with glass veil reinforcement bonded to rot-proof aluminium foil.

4 PANEL ADHESIVE

Roller or brush application of water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST.
Consumption: 0.8 kg/m².

6 WATERPROOFING

Apply WINGUM PRO TECK liquid bituminous membrane in aqueous dispersion, elastomeric, waterproof, thixotropic, resistant to water stagnation and weathering. Il sistema viene applicato in due mani, con interposizione negli strati orizzontali di armatura di rinforzo WINTECHNO MAT. Available in “Rapid” version. Il consumo, nelle due mani, è di 1,8 kg/m².

7 DESOLARIZING LAYER: LDPE SHEET

8 LOAD-DISTRIBUTING SCREED

Constructed with desolarized screed using rapid-setting WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.

9 TRAFFICABLE WATERPROOFING OF SCREED

Roller, brush, or spray application of SYSTEM ONE®, high-traffic, puncture-resistant waterproofing, suitable for humid surfaces and temperatures from 0 to 45 °C.
Applied in two coats with ONE® MAT reinforcement.
Consumption: 1.9 kg/m² (two coats).

10 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Application of self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND.
Used with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.

11 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING

Apply WINGUM PRO TECK liquid bituminous membrane in aqueous dispersion, elastomeric, waterproof, thixotropic, resistant to water stagnation and weathering.
Available in “Rapid” version.
Total consumption for two coats: 1.2 kg/m².

12 ADHESION PROMOTER

Roller, brush, or spray application of WINGRIP® NEXT.
Recoatable after 2 hours.
Consumption: 0.3 kg/m².

13 PLASTER (BASE COAT)

Premixed cementitious plaster WR05 WINTONAC.
Consumption: 1.9 kg/m² per mm of thickness.

14 FINISHING COAT

Apply WF02 RASOWIN cementitious finishing coat on walls, consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
