1 SUBSTRATE / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT
Minimum slope 1%. Alternatively, sloping screed made with WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds, 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.
2 PRIMER
Application by roller, brush or spray of bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, total consumption 150–200 g/m².
3 VAPOR BARRIER
Hot-applied 4 mm bitumen-polymer membrane COVERBLOCK, reinforced with glass veil and aluminium foil.
4 PANEL ADHESIVE
Application by roller or brush of water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST, consumption 0.8 kg/m².
5 THERMAL INSULATION LAYER
6 WATERPROOFING
Double layer of hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) EXPERTA 300 (cold flexibility –15 °C) and EXPERTA 400 (cold flexibility –20 °C), reinforced with non-woven continuous-filament polyester, glass-stabilised.
7 SOLAR SEPARATION LAYER: LDPE SHEET.
8 LOAD-DISTRIBUTING SCREED
De-bonded screed made with fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
10 PRIMER
Application of bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, consumption 150–200 g/m².
11 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) EXPERTA 400, cold flexibility –20 °C, reinforced with non-woven continuous-filament polyester, glass-stabilised.
12 ADHESION PROMOTER
Application of WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush or spray; overcoatable after approx. 2 hours; consumption 0.3 kg/m².
13 BASE PLASTER
Cement-based pre-mixed plaster WR05 WINTONAC on vertical surfaces; consumption 1.9 kg/m² per mm thickness.
14 FINISHING SKIM COAT
Cement-based skim WF02 RASOWIN; consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
15 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND; together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets and penetrations.
16 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING OF SCREED
Application of ONE® VERTICAL, thixotropic waterproofing for vertical details, puncture resistant, applicable on damp substrates and at temperatures from 0 to 45 °C; single coat, consumption 0.35 kg/m².
