1 SUBSTRATE / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT

2 BONDING PROMOTER

For the construction of bonded screeds from 1 to 3 cm, apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². While the product is still fresh, create the sloped screed.

3 SLOPED SCREED

With a minimum slope of 1%. Made using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness from 1 to 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a bonding primer, applied fresh-on-fresh.

4 WATERPROOFING

Application of two coats of Wingum Plus® H₂O, a colored, fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid membrane, by roller, brush, or spray. The product is resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and weathering. In the Reflex version it features high reflectance (SRI 108), and in the Broof T2 version it is certified for external fire resistance. In the first coat, embed the reinforcement mesh Wintechno Mat, applying light pressure and ensuring complete impregnation of the fabric. Total consumption for the two coats: 1.9 kg/m².

5 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Apply the self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND in the corners. Together with BC SEAL PAD, it is used for sealing drains, roof outlets, and pipe penetrations.

6 VERTICAL UPSTAND

Application of Wingum Plus® H₂O, a colored, fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid membrane, on vertical upstands by roller, brush, or spray. The product is resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and weathering. Applied in two coats, without reinforcement mesh, with a consumption of 1.6 kg/m². The product is also available in the Rapid version, suitable for fast-drying applications or fresh-on-fresh installation.
