2 BONDING PROMOTER

For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray; consumption 0.5 kg/m². Place sloping screed on the fresh product.

3 SLOPED SCREED

Minimum slope 1%. Made with WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.

4 WATERPROOFING

Application by roller, brush, or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK, elastomeric liquid bituminous membrane in water dispersion, thixotropic, waterproof, resistant to ponding and weathering. Applied in two coats with horizontal reinforcement WINTECHNO MAT. “Rapid” version available. Total consumption 1.8 kg/m².

5 SOLAR SEPARATION LAYER: LDPE SHEET.

6 LOAD DISTRIBUTION SCREED

De-bonded screed made with fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.

7 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING

Application of two-component premixed elastic, waterproofing cement WFZ5 WINFLEX CEMENT. Applied with trowel or spray, mixing the two components before application. Reinforced with suitable fiberglass mesh embedded in the first fresh layer. Apply 4 mm layer in two coats on cement screeds and substrates.

8 TILE ADHESIVE AND FLOORING

Ceramic tiles glued with flexible adhesive ROYAL FLEX, class C2TES1. Joint grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.

9 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND; together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.

10 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING

Application by roller, brush, or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK, elastomeric liquid bituminous membrane in water dispersion, thixotropic, waterproof, resistant to ponding and weathering. “Rapid” version available. Applied in two coats; total consumption 1.2 kg/m².

11 ADHESION PROMOTER

WINGRIP® NEXT applied by roller, brush, or spray; overcoatable after 2 hours; consumption 0.3 kg/m².

12 PLASTER

Cement-based pre-mixed plaster WR05 WINTONAC on vertical surfaces; consumption 1.9 kg/m² per mm thickness.

13 Skim coat

Cement-based skim WF02 RASOWIN; consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
