for bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray; consumption 0.5 kg/m². Apply sloping screed on the fresh product.
3 SLOPED SCREED
minimum slope 1%. Made with WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.
4 WATERPROOFING
application by roller, brush, or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK, elastomeric liquid bituminous membrane in water dispersion, thixotropic, waterproof, resistant to ponding and weathering. Applied in two coats with horizontal reinforcement WINTECHNO MAT. “Rapid” version available for fast curing or wet-on-wet. Total consumption 1.8 kg/m²
5 SOLAR SEPARATION LAYER: LDPE SHEET.
6 LOAD DISTRIBUTION SCREED
de-bonded screed made with fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
7 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING
application of cementitious adhesive C2TES2 and BOND CEMENT under-tile waterproofing. Applied in a single coat, ensuring a continuous 2 mm layer under tiles. Consumption varies with substrate roughness and application method: approx. 3.5 kg/m² single coat; 5 kg/m² double coat.
8 CERAMIC FLOORING
suitable for exterior use. Grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
9 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Apply self-adhesive butyl strip BC SEAL BAND at corners. Used together with BC SEAL PAD for waterproofing drains, outlets, and penetrations.
10 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Apply WINGUM PRO TECK liquid bituminous membrane in aqueous dispersion, elastomeric, waterproof, thixotropic, resistant to water stagnation and weathering. Available in “Rapid” version. Total consumption for two coats: 1.2 kg/m².
11 ADHESION PROMOTER
application of WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray; overcoatable after 2 hours; consumption 0.3 kg/m².
12 PLASTER
cement-based pre-mixed plaster WR05 WINTONAC on vertical surfaces; consumption 1.9 kg/m² per mm thickness.
13 Skim coat
cement-based skim WF02 RASOWIN; consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
14 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND; together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.
15 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING, VERTICAL UPSTAND.
16 TILE ADHESIVE, VERTICAL UPSTAND
skirting installation with flexible adhesive ROYAL FLEX, class C2TES1; followed by grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
