Minimum slope 1%. Made with WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.
4 WATERPROOFING
Apply WINGUM PRO TECK liquid bituminous membrane in aqueous dispersion, elastomeric, waterproof, thixotropic, resistant to water stagnation and weathering. Available in “Rapid” version. Il consumo, nelle due mani, è di 1,8 kg/m².
5 SOLAR SEPARATION LAYER: LDPE SHEET.
6 LOAD DISTRIBUTION SCREED
De-bonded screed made with fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
7 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING
Application of Wingrip® Bituminoso, water-based bitumen emulsion modified with high-quality fillers and polymers for high crack-bridging capacity and waterproofing. Applied by roller or brush in a single coat on cement screeds and substrates; consumption 1 kg/m².
8 TILE ADHESIVE
Installation of tiles using flexible adhesive ROYAL FLEX, suitable for exterior use, class C2TES1.
9 CERAMIC FLOORING
Suitable for exterior use. Grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
10 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND; together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.
11 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Application by roller, brush, or spray of WINGUM PRO TECK, elastomeric liquid bituminous membrane in water dispersion, thixotropic, waterproof, resistant to ponding and weathering. Available in “Rapid” version. Applied in two coats; consumption 1.2 kg/m².
12 ADHESION PROMOTER
Application of WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray; overcoatable after 2 hours; consumption 0.3 kg/m².
13 BASE PLASTER
Cement-based pre-mixed plaster WR05 WINTONAC on vertical surfaces; consumption 1.9 kg/m² per mm thickness.
14 FINISHING SKIM COAT
Cement-based skim WF02 RASOWIN; consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
15 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND; together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.
16 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING, VERTICAL UPSTAND.
