Minimum slope 1%. Made with WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds 1–3 cm thick, use WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter, applied wet-on-wet.
4 REFLECTIVE PROTECTIVE COATING SYSTEM, VERTICAL UPSTAND
Application by roller, brush, or spray of bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, total consumption 150–200 g/m².
5 WATERPROOFING
Double layer of hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) EXPERTA 300, cold flexibility –15 °C, and EXPERTA 400, cold flexibility –20 °C; reinforced with non-woven continuous-filament polyester, glass-stabilised.
6 SOLAR SEPARATION LAYER: LDPE SHEET.
7 LOAD-DISTRIBUTING SCREED
De-bonded screed made with fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
8 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING
WINGRIP® BITUMINOSO, water-based bitumen emulsion modified with high-quality fillers and polymers for excellent crack-bridging and waterproofing. Applied by roller or brush in a single coat on cement screeds and substrates; consumption 1 kg/m².
9 TILE ADHESIVE AND FLOORING
Flexible adhesive ROYAL FLEX, class C2TES1, for exterior use; grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
10 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) EXPERTA 400, cold flexibility –20 °C; reinforced with non-woven continuous-filament polyester, glass-stabilised.
11 ADHESION PROMOTER
Application of WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray; overcoatable after 2 hours; consumption 0.3 kg/m².
12 PLASTER
Cement-based pre-mixed plaster WR05 WINTONAC on vertical surfaces; consumption 1.9 kg/m² per mm thickness.
13 Skim coat
Cement-based skim WF02 RASOWIN; consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm thickness.
14 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND; together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.
15 UNDER-TILE WATERPROOFING, VERTICAL UPSTAND
16 TILE ADHESIVE, VERTICAL UPSTAND
Skirting installation with flexible adhesive ROYAL FLEX, class C2TES1; followed by grouting with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
