1 SUBSTRATE

2 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Application in corners of BC SEAL BAND, a self-adhesive butyl strip. Used together with BC SEAL PAD for sealing drains, floor outlets, and penetrations.

3 WALKABLE WATERPROOFING

Applied by roller, brush, or spray using SYSTEM ONE, suitable for high foot traffic and puncture-resistant. Can be applied on damp surfaces and under extreme temperatures (0–45 °C). Applied in two coats with ONE MAT reinforcing mesh between layers. Total consumption for two coats: 1.9 kg/m².

4 VERTICAL FLASHING WATERPROOFING

Application of SYSTEM ONE VERTICAL, a thixotropic waterproofing product for vertical surfaces, edges, and details. Puncture-resistant and suitable for damp substrates and extreme temperatures (0–45 °C). Applied in a single coat with a consumption of 0.35 kg/m².

5 PERMEABLE PAVEMENT

Produced by mixing selected aggregates with WINDECK LEGANTE, a single-component, transparent hybrid resin with medium viscosity, water- and solvent-free. Formulated as a binder for aggregates of different colors and sizes, ideal for walkways or pedestrian paths that are permeable and draining, with an attractive aesthetic. Average mixing ratio: 1:20 (resin:aggregate), adjustable depending on aggregate size. Approximate consumption: 5 kg of resin per 100 kg of aggregates.
