1 CONCRETE SUBSTRATE – CONCRETE SCREED OR SUBSTRATE.

2 EPOXY PRIMER

Roller application of UNIBAR FORMULA, a two-component multifunctional resin with consolidating and waterproofing properties. Consumption: 300 g/m².

3 EPOXY SCREED

Trowel application of UNIBAR SCREED, a three-component, solvent-free synthetic mortar with high mechanical strength and extended working time, composed of epoxy binders, hardeners, and special fillers with reactive additives (SC3). Recommended thickness from 5 mm. Consumption: approx. 2 kg/m² per mm of thickness.

4 SCREED SKIM COAT

Pore saturation by trowel application of a mixture of UNIBAR FORMULA and quartz 01–03 in a proportion of approx. 30–60% quartz.

5 EPOXY COATING – FIRST COAT

Roller application of UNIBAR G, a two-component, coloured, waterproof epoxy finish. Contains fillers for anti-slip properties. Consumption: 150 g/m².

6 EPOXY COATING – SECOND COAT

Roller application of UNIBAR G, a two-component, coloured, waterproof epoxy finish. Contains fillers for anti-slip properties. Consumption: 150 g/m².

7 EPOXY COATING ON SKIRTING, FIRST COAT

Roller application of UNIBAR G, a two-component, coloured, waterproof epoxy finish. Contains fillers for anti-slip properties. Consumption: 150 g/m².

8 EPOXY COATING ON SKIRTING, SECOND COAT

Roller application of UNIBAR G, a two-component, coloured, waterproof epoxy finish. Contains fillers for anti-slip properties. Consumption: 150 g/m².
