WATERPROOFING RESTORATION: COLOURED TRAFFIC-BEARING RESINS

A high-durability, coloured liquid waterproofing system designed for tiled surfaces subject to heavy pedestrian traffic

1 EXISTING SUBSTRATE

Consisting of ceramic tiles.

2 JOINT FILLING

Carried out using a trowel to apply the ONE® VERTICAL system, a thixotropic waterproofing product for vertical application on upstands and details. Indicative consumption is 0.4 kg/m²; actual consumption depends on joint size.

3 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Application of self-adhesive butyl strip BC SEAL BAND in corners. The product, together with BC SEAL PAD, is used for sealing drains, outlets, and penetrations.

4 WALKABLE WATERPROOFING

Applied by roller, brush, or spray using the ONE® system, suitable for high foot traffic and puncture-resistant, applicable also on damp surfaces and at extreme temperatures (0 to 45 °C). Applied in two coats with interposition of reinforcement fabric ONE® MAT. Expected consumption for two coats: 1.9 kg/m².

5 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING

Creation of the waterproofing upstand using the ONE® VERTICAL system, a thixotropic waterproofing product for vertical applications on upstands and details. Puncture-resistant, suitable for damp surfaces and extreme temperatures (0 to 45 °C). Applied in a single coat with expected consumption of 0.35 kg/m².
