1 EXISTING SUBSTRATE

2 JOINT GROUTING REPAIR

Restore any missing grout using a suitable exterior cementitious grout such as WINSTUCCO FLEX.

3 BASEBOARD RESTORATION

Any detached baseboards can be removed and re-bonded using waterproof adhesive BOND CEMENT. Subsequently, grout joints with WINSTUCCO FLEX and treat with SKERMO TERRAZZE.

5 WATERPROOFING TREATMENT

Application on all porous surfaces such as grout lines, terracotta tiles, and concrete elements using impregnating and waterproofing agent SKERMO TERRAZZE. The product can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. Indicative consumption on tiled surfaces.
