Formed by a new hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) PERFETTA.
Prefabricated composite membrane manufactured using innovative technology with differentiated waterproofing compounds.
NT technology ensures enhanced adhesion, providing full bonding and fast installation under all site conditions.
The exposed upper compound consists of distilled bitumen modified with synthetic polyolefin copolymers (APP – Atactic Polypropylene), while the underside compound is elastoplastomeric EPDM, designed to improve adhesion on all types of substrates.
3 OIL-BASED FIXING PRIMER
Roller, brush or spray application of 2000 FAST PRIMER, oil-based fixing primer.
Recoatable after 3 hours at 20 °C.

Roller, brush or spray application of 2000 FAST REFLEX, high-reflectance protective coating system, resistant to standing water, UV radiation and weathering.
With a Solar Reflectance Index of SRI 108, it reduces roof surface temperatures, improving material durability and thermal comfort of the structure.
Consumption: 1.0 kg/m² in two coats.

Executed with a new hot-applied elastoplastomeric bituminous membrane (BPP) PERFETTA, prefabricated composite membrane with differentiated waterproofing compounds.
