1 CONCRETE SUBFLOOR TO BE RESTORED

2 SUBFLOOR PREPARATION

Grind the surface with a diamond disc and apply UNIBAR T, a two-component water-based epoxy formulation, using a spatula or trowel. The product contains special hardeners, fluid epoxy resins, and selected aggregates. It is designed for both self-leveling and multi-layer flooring on surfaces that may be exposed to moisture. Loaded with 01–03 quartz at a 25% ratio. Consumption: 1.7 kg/m².

3 EPOXY COATING – FIRST COAT

Apply UNIBAR F, a two-component water-based epoxy formulation suitable for coating concrete floors and skirtings, even in humid conditions, using a roller. Satin finish. Consumption: 170 g/m².

4 EPOXY COATING – SECOND COAT

Apply UNIBAR F as above using a roller. Satin finish. Consumption: 170 g/m².
