System for the restoration of metal roofs with liquid membranes resistant to UV rays and stagnation, single-component water-based, ready to use.

1 EXISTING METAL ROOF SUBSTRATE

2 DETAILING AND OVERLAPS

Application of BC SEAL BAND self-adhesive butyl strip. The product, together with BC SEAL PAD, is also used for sealing drains, roof outlets, penetrations, and corners.

3 WATERPROOFING, FIRST COAT

Roller, brush, or spray application of Wingum Plus H2O, a colored, fiber-reinforced, elastomeric liquid membrane. Resistant to standing water, UV rays, and atmospheric agents. In “Reflex” versions, it provides high reflectance (SRI 108); in “Broof T2” versions, it is certified for external fire resistance. Consumption: approx. 0.7 kg/m².

4 WATERPROOFING, SECOND COAT

Roller, brush, or spray application of Wingum Plus H2O, colored, fiber-reinforced, elastomeric liquid membrane. Same performance characteristics as the first coat. Consumption: approx. 0.6 kg/m².
