RESTORATION OF CONCRETE BEAMS AND FRONT PANELS
Intervention procedure for restoring damaged concrete beams and front panels, using a passivating agent and thixotropic or pourable structural mortar
1 DETERIORATED CONCRETE STRUCTURE
2 REMOVAL OF THE DETERIORATED CONCRETE AND MECHANICAL CLEANING OF THE EXPOSED REINFORCEMENT
3 REINFORCEMENT PASSIVATION
Application of a single-component cement-based product with corrosion inhibitors for reinforcement protection, WAR M, applied with a brush on pre-cleaned metal. Consumption: 200 g/m for 8/10 mm diameter bars.
4 COVER CONCRETE RESTORATION
To be carried out with WR07 FIBROWIN, a single-component, thixotropic, fiber-reinforced mortar, enhanced with shrinkage control agents for both the plastic and hardened phases, using selected aggregates with perfect gradation, class R4.
5 FORMWORK FOR CONTAINMENT OF POURABLE MORTAR
6 COVER CONCRETE RESTORATION
To be carried out with WR02 WINREPAIR, a ready-to-use, pourable cement-based mortar with additives for shrinkage control in both plastic and hardened phases, superplasticizers, and selected aggregates in perfect gradation, class R4.
