4 SCREED COHESION RESTORATION

For slightly friable screeds, apply WINFIX CONCRETE by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 130 g/m². For poorly cohesive screeds, apply UNIBAR FORMULA diluted 1:4 with alcohol by roller or brush. Broadcast quartz 01–05 on the fresh product. Consumption: 400 g/m².

5 LEVELING RESTORATION

For small thickness corrections and planarization of the screed, apply WINLIVEL RAPID, a self-leveling product suitable for outdoor use and fast drying. Consumption: 1.95 kg/m².

6 TILE WATERPROOFING

Apply WINGRIP BITUMINOSO, a water-based bitumen emulsion modified with high-quality fillers and polymers, providing excellent crack-bridging and waterproofing. Applied by roller or brush in a single coat. Consumption: 1 kg/m² on screeds and cement substrates.

7 TILE ADHESIVE

Bond tiles using flexible adhesive suitable for outdoor use, ROYAL FLEX, class C2TES1.

8 CERAMIC FLOORING

Lay tiles and grout joints using WINSTUCCO FLEX; suitable for exterior applications.

9 EXISTING VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING

10 PLASTERING

Apply base plaster on vertical walls using pre-mixed cementitious plaster WR05 WINTONAC. Consumption: 1.9 kg/m² per mm of thickness.

11 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Apply self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND in corners. The product, together with BC SEAL PAD, is used for sealing drains, outlets, and penetrations. Used together with BC SEAL PAD for drains, outlets, and penetrations.

13 TILE ADHESIVE FOR SKIRTING AND VERTICAL UPSTAND

Bond skirting using flexible adhesive suitable for outdoor use, ROYAL FLEX, class C2TES1.

Install skirting and grout joints with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
