INTEGRATED WATERPROOFING & TILE ADHESIVE RENOVATION

Single-operation application of a two-component, waterproof cementitious adhesive for overlaid flooring

1 EXISTING SUBSTRATE

Composed of tiles.

2 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Application of self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND in corners. The product, together with BC SEAL PAD, is used for covering drains, outlets, and penetrations.

3 TILE WATERPROOFING AND ADHESIVE

Application of C2TES2 cementitious adhesive and BOND CEMENT waterproofing underlayment. The product is applied in a single coat, ensuring a continuous 2 mm layer beneath the tile. Consumption may vary depending on substrate roughness and application method. Indicative consumption: 3.5 kg/m²; with single coating method 5 kg/m² for double coating method.

4 CERAMIC FLOORING

Installation of exterior ceramic tiles. Grouting of joints using WINSTUCCO FLEX.

5 Vertical upstand waterproofing: Application of BOND CEMENT adhesive waterproofing on vertical risers.

6 INSTALLATION OF NEW SKIRTING

Bond skirting using flexible adhesive suitable for outdoor use, ROYAL FLEX, class C2TES1.

7 GROUTING

Performed with WINSTUCCO FLEX.
