It is built in the details, in the structural integrity of the foundations, and in the quality of the environments that welcome athletes and fans. Winkler, with the ONE® FLOORING system, has left its mark inside the Stadio Euganeo in Padua, transforming over 3,000 m² of outdoor surfaces into high-resistance, waterproof, non-slip, and fire-certified flooring.
This redevelopment project for the new grandstand, demanded advanced technology, precise coordination between three companies, and operational capacity even under sub-optimal weather conditions.
Beyond the pitch – objectives: The construction challenge
The Stadio Euganeo is a high-traffic public facility, with outdoor areas subject to intense stress during sporting events. The restoration of the new grandstand required a system capable of meeting complex technical demands without compromising operational timelines.
The chosen system had to guarantee rapid application, environmental safety, high mechanical performance, and fire reaction certification for the safety of the bleachers, while minimizing site downtime.
