WINJOINT FOAM
Winjoint Foam, circular shaped compressible polyethylene foam cord, which is flexible, and very easy to apply.
It has also a good resistance to many chemical substances.
It is used as a non-adhesive filler, ideally to give the correct dimension of the depth of the expansion joints, before being filled with WINJOINT SEAL polyurethane sealant.
APPLICATION
The diameter of WINJOINT FOAM must be approximately 25% greater than the width of the joint, to allow a stable positioning of the profile.
Push with a rounded-tip tool (without sharp and pointed edges), which can cross the width of the joint, up to the desired depth.
USEFUL TIPS/SURFACE PREPARATION
The substrate must be free of crumbly parts, foreign or non-stick substances.
The application must take place on a dry surface.
Do not leave it exposed to direct sunlight for more than 4 hours.
STORAGE
Store in a dry place protected from the sun.
