Winstucco Epox
Winstucco Epox, two-component thixotropic grout paste, based on epoxy resins, free from solvents, and made with special fillers and additives, which give the product an ease of application both horizontally and vertically.
Ideal for floors and walls of swimming pools, showers, canteens, and tanks of purification plants as it is resistant to acids, fresh chlorinated and brackish water.
It guarantees excellent mechanical resistance and adhesion.
APPLICATION
Mix well the two components by hand or with a low-speed drill, until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained.
Leave to rest for a few minutes before application.
Spread with a rubber epoxy grout float, taking care to carefully fill the joints.
Excess material must be removed within 2h and 30’ of application, with paper or a clean cloth, soaked in epoxy thinner.
USEFUL TIPS/SURFACE PREPARATION
The surfaces to be treated must be solid, clean, and dry.
Do not apply on materials with particularly porous surfaces.
To avoid product alterations, do not mix partial quantities.
Apply the product at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
PACKAGES
- 5 kg buckets (2.5 kg part A + 2.5 kg part B).
STORAGE
The product, in its undamaged packaging and stored in a dry and protected place, has a shelf-life of 12 months.
Protect from frost.
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
