Winplan Ultra

Ultra-fast three-component polyaspartic mortar for industrial flooring, developed by Winkler Research & Development Laboratories.

WINPLAN ULTRA is a three-component, solvent-free polyaspartic synthetic mortar, formulated with advanced-generation polyaspartic binders and pre-dosed SC3 reactive fillers, for the construction and repair of concrete floors exposed to heavy traffic and high mechanical stresses.

Polyaspartic technology provides ultra-fast curing, high mechanical strength and excellent workability, significantly reducing downtime and allowing floors to be returned to service quickly.

Thanks to its high resistance to wear and mechanical stress, WINPLAN ULTRA is particularly suitable for industrial floors exposed to heavy traffic, high loads and continuous use.

APPLICATION

Prepare the concrete substrate appropriately and apply the primer specified for the system.

Mix the three pre-dosed components following the correct mixing sequence until a completely homogeneous mortar is obtained.

Apply the product and level to the required thickness.

CONSUMPTION

2 kg/m² per mm of thickness. Recommended compacted thickness: minimum 5 mm.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS

For optimum performance, follow the prescribed mixing sequence of the three components and mix thoroughly before application.

Do not apply at substrate temperatures below 0°C. Low temperatures significantly slow down the curing process, while high temperatures reduce the working time.

Prepare only the quantity of product that can be applied within its pot life.

• Component B: 1.8 kg
• Component C: pre-dosed SC3 reactive fillers

STORAGE

Store the product in its original unopened packaging, in a clean, dry and protected environment, for up to 12 months.

Protect from frost. Recommended storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C.
