WINMAT

WINMAT, a transparent, matt, water-based aliphatic polyurethane finishing coat.

Used as a finishing coat to enhance the wear resistance and cleanability of epoxy or polyurethane resin flooring systems, including those subject to vehicular traffic.

It can be applied over WINTAPLAST in swimming pools to extend the product’s service life and improve its cleanability.

APPLICATION

After mixing the two components, it is applied with a roller, brush or airless.

USEFUL TIPS / SURFACE PREPARATION

It is recommended that the substrate is thoroughly prepared, ensuring it is free from loose or friable material, bond-breaking agents, and oils.

Existing resin flooring must be fully cured and dry.

The product must be applied at temperatures between +10°C and +30°C.

CONSUMPTIONS

• Total consumption: 50-80 g/m² in a single coat.

PACKAGES

• Component A: 5 kg,
• Component B: 1 kg.

STORAGE

The product can be stored in its undamaged package for 12 months.

Please store in a shaded and protected place at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.

Not frost-proof.
