WINGUM PLUS® H₂O REFLEX BROOF T2

WINGUM PLUS® H₂O REFLEX BROOF T2, complies with EAD guideline 030350-00-0402 (former ETAG 005): liquid applied roofing waterproofing.

WINGUM PLUS® H₂O REFLEX BROOF T2 is a white, water-based, elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane resistant to standing water, designed for waterproofing and protecting substrates where a BROOF T2 fire reaction class is required, making it particularly suitable for photovoltaic roofs and HVAC systems. Once applied, it confers BROOF T2 fire reaction characteristics to substrates with a density ≥15 kg/m³, such as: EPS thermal insulation panels, wood, fiber cement, cementitious substrates, concrete, metal surfaces (including oxidizable ones), and deteriorated polymer-bitumen membranes.

Thanks to its high solar reflectivity and infrared emissivity, it can reduce surface temperature by up to 50%. Wingum Plus H2o Reflex is CRRC (Cool Roof Rating Council) certified, which attests to its solar reflectance and emissivity both on the new product and after 3 years. The SRI (Solar Reflectance Index), which measures a material’s ability to reflect and dissipate solar radiation, has reached a value of 108, confirming the system’s high energy performance.

APPLICATION

Can be applied with a roller, brush, paintbrush, or airless pump. On particularly crumbling surfaces, application of WINFIX CONCRETE consolidating agent is recommended.

The system includes the application of the waterproof adhesive BC SEAL BAND on the perimeter edges. For pipes, aerators etc. use BC SEAL PAD, waterproof self-adhesive square, in combination with BC SEAL BAND.

Joints up to 1 cm wide must be sealed with WINJOINT BAND.

Joints wider than 1 cm, they must be sealed using a system consisting of WINJOINT FOAM (compressible joint filler), WINJOINT SEAL (polyurethane sealant) and WINJOINT BAND.

USEFUL TIPS / SURFACE PREPARATION

Thoroughly clean the substrate to remove dust, loose particles, and foreign or non-stick substances. Application must be done on a dry surface.

It is always advisable to check for hidden moisture to avoid flaking or bubbles due to vapor pressure.

Recommend periodic cleaning of treated surfaces (approximately every two years) and reapply WINCLEAN.

For floor leveling, use WINLIVEL, a self-leveling compound for irregularities from 1mm to 15mm, or WINLIVEL RAPID, a quick-drying self-leveling compound for irregularities from 1mm to 20mm.

For the new screed, use WINPLAN 370, a quick-drying screed, or WINPLAN PRO, a quick-drying screed with low water absorption.

Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.

• 1.1 – 1.3 kg/m² in two coats,
  1.7 – 1.9 kg/m² in two coats, with WINTECHNO MAT reinforcement between coats.

STORAGE

The product, in its undamaged packaging and stored in a cool and dry place, has a shelf -life of 12 months.

Protect from frost. Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
