WINDRAIN ULTRA

WINDRAIN ULTRA is a two-component solvent-free polyaspartic resin, developed by Winkler Research & Development Laboratories as a high-performance binder for resin-bound aggregate paving systems.

Its advanced polyaspartic technology provides extremely fast curing, excellent UV stability and outstanding mechanical strength while maintaining a practical working time for easy installation.

APPLICATION

WINDRAIN ULTRA is mixed with natural aggregates of various colours and sizes to produce seamless, decorative and free-draining resin-bound paving systems.

The mixture can be installed on properly prepared substrates using standard resin-bound paving techniques.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS

For optimum performance:

• ensure the substrate is sound, clean, dry and free from contaminants;
• do not apply when substrate temperatures are below 0°C (32°F);
• low temperatures significantly slow the curing process;
• high temperatures reduce the working time;
• mix only the quantity that can be installed within the product’s pot life.

COVERAGE

• Recommended dosage: 5% by weight of aggregates.
• Recommended compacted thickness: ≥ 30 mm.

STORAGE

Store in the original unopened packaging for up to 12 months in a clean and dry environment.

Protect from frost. Recommended storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C (41°F–95°F).
