WINCOVER GLOSS

WINCOVER GLOSS is a two-component solvent-free transparent polyaspartic topcoat, developed by Winkler Research & Development Laboratories to protect and enhance epoxy and polyurethane resin flooring.

Its advanced polyaspartic technology provides ultra-fast curing, outstanding mechanical strength and excellent UV stability, maintaining long-term gloss while reducing yellowing and surface deterioration.

The smooth finish limits dirt pick-up, making floors easier to clean and reducing maintenance requirements.

APPLICATIONS

Suitable as a protective topcoat for:

• Epoxy flooring
• Polyurethane flooring
• Decorative resin floors
• Industrial flooring
• Commercial flooring
• Garages and parking areas
• Pedestrian and vehicular resin floors

For vehicular traffic or slip-resistant finishes, the coating can be broadcast with quartz aggregate during application.

APPLICATION

Prime the substrate with the appropriate system primer.

Mix Components A and B thoroughly until a homogeneous product is obtained, then apply evenly using a roller.

Quartz can be broadcast into the wet coating where an anti-slip finish is required.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS

• Apply only to clean, dry and properly prepared substrates.
• Do not apply below 0°C (32°F).
• High temperatures reduce working time.

COVERAGE

75–100 g/m², depending on substrate porosity and application method.

STORAGE

Store in the original unopened packaging for 12 months.

Protect from frost. Recommended storage temperature: +5°C to +35°C (41°F–95°F).
