WINBAND

WINBAND, self-protected and self-adhesive pre-formed bituminous tapes for sealing, insulating, protecting, and waterproofing.

With excellent resistance to UV rays, they can be applied to concrete, metal, bricks, wood, glass, and bitumen-polymer membranes.

For sealing gutters, chimneys, ventilation ducts, drain pipes, skylights, cracks, and insulation panels.

As a connection layer between dissimilar materials, such as metal and concrete, or for repairing damaged bitumen-polymer membranes.

APPLICATION

Apply by removing the release liner and exerting light pressure.

USEFUL TIPS / SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure the application surfaces are clean, dry and free from any loose or friable material.
On particularly chalky or friable substrates, a priming coat of ECOIMPRIMER is recommended.

CONSUMPTION

• Total consumption: 2.8-3.3 kg/m².

STORAGE

The product, stored in its original packaging in a cool, dry place protected from UV rays or from other heat sources, has a stability of 12 months.
