DISARMO UNIVERSALE, ready-to-use universal ecological release agent intended for the demoulding of pre-stressed and non-pre-stressed concrete products, both with natural, accelerated and steam curing, for formworks in wood, metal, polystyrene, rubber, polyurethane.

It allows a perfect finish for the “Visible surface”.

It is a product without barrier effect.

Its innovative formulation facilitates the dismantling of the formwork and provides effective protection against rust on metal formworks.

APPLICATION

It can be applied by brush, roller, or spray.

USEFUL TIPS / SURFACE PREPARATION

In the presence of new formworks, particularly absorbent or restored due to rust phenomena, a double application is recommended with a consumption of approx. 30 g/m².

Wait for the water to evaporate and the oily surface to appear before applying.

CONSUMPTIONS

• Formwork used: 20 – 25 ml/m² approx,
• New or restored formworks: 30 ml/m² approx.

PACKAGES

• 5-20 L jerry cans.

STORAGE

The product, in its undamaged packaging and stored in a cool and dry place, has a shelf-life of 12 months.

Not frost-proof.

Please store in a shaded and protected place at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.
