Its advanced 100% solids formulation allows application even under demanding site conditions, on substrates with up to 8% residual moisture and at temperatures as low as 0°C (32°F), extending the installation season and reducing downtime.

INSTALLATION RECOMMENDATIONS

For optimum waterproofing performance:

• Thoroughly clean the substrate, removing dust, loose particles, grease and any contaminants that may affect adhesion.
• Ensure substrate moisture does not exceed 8%.
• Check for hidden moisture to prevent vapour pressure build-up.
• Reinforce the waterproofing system with ONE® MAT.
• Complete the system using the dedicated accessories:
  – BC SEAL BAND for corners and joints between metal or OSB panels.
  – BC SEAL PAD for pipes, penetrations and construction details.
  – WINJOINT BAND for expansion joints.
• Do not dilute with water or solvents.
