TECHNOASFALT
TECHNOASFALT is a product intended for the quick repair of potholes in roads and pavements. It is a THIRD-GENERATION cold bituminous conglomerate, workable at ambient temperatures, formulated with SBS and SBR Bitumen coming from recycled rubber tyres, ELTs and fluidized with selected vegetable oils. - Application It is applied manually or with a paver. It is advisable to thoroughly clean the application area and apply the product without a primer. The minimum application thickness is 2.5 cm. In case of interventions exceeding 5 cm, it will be necessary to apply successive layers, taking care to compact the previous one well. The filling level, in case of patching by hand, must exceed 1 - 2 cm.
- Consumption 22 - 23 kg/m² per cm of thickness.
- Useful Advices Completely open the bag to aerate the product and facilitate recovery. Do not use primer and remove any water present before applying. Keep away from atmospheric agents and store at a temperature of at least +10°C in the cold months. Do not dust cement or sand at the end of the intervention.

WINDECK
Transparent low viscosity waterproof protector. Its exclusive formulation guarantees the waterproofing of the substrate, leaving the exposed face of the surfaces unaltered. It is stable to freeze-thaw cycles, to thermal shocks and has excellent durability and high mechanical resistance. WINDECK is specifically designed for the surface treatment of balcony and terrace tiles with infiltration problems.
- Application The product is ready to use and does not require a primer, it must be applied on a dry substrate with a toothed metal spatula and subsequent passage with a bubble-breaking roller to eliminate any trapped air bubbles. Apply in a single coat to obtain an even thickness. The treated substrate can be walked on after 72 hours from application at +20°C.
- Consumption 900 g/m² in a single coat.
- Useful Advices Carefully clean the support to remove dust, crumbly parts, foreign or non-sticking substances. Check that the surface to be treated is dry and the possible presence of hidden moisture, the latter could cause whitish spots as well as bubbles and detachments. WINGUM PRO TECK
Liquid, bituminous, water dispersion, elastomeric, waterproofing, thixotropic membrane, resistant to stagnation of water and atmospheric agents, formulated with new generation raw materials, which make it resist to UV rays, even without protection, up to a maximum exposure of 2 years. - Application It can be applied by trowel, roller, brush, or spray. For surfaces larger than 50 square meters, in case of strong stresses and to even out the surface layer, reinforce with WINTECHNO MAT. The system provides a firm bond for the application on the perimeter edges of the BC SEAL BAND waterproof adhesive strip. For pipes, drainpipes, ventilation pipes, etc. use BC SEAL PAD, waterproof self-adhesive square, in combination with BC SEAL BAND. Joints up to 1cm wide, must be sealed with WINJOINT BAND joint cover strip. If the width of the joints is greater than 1cm, they must be sealed using a system consisting of WINJOINT FOAM (compressible joint base), WINJOINT SEAL (polyurethane sealant) and WINJOINT BAND.

- Useful Advices Make sure that the supports are clean, dry and free from crumbly parts. On surfaces subject to chalking, we recommend applying WINFIX CONCRETE or WINGUM PRO TECK itself, previously diluted with 20% water. For visible waterproofing, it is advisable to treat the product with the protective paints from the 2000 PLUS range, 2000 PLUS REFLEX, ECOSILVERALL or COVERAME. Avoid contact with water until completely dry. It is always advisable to check, before laying any waterproofing product, for the presence of hidden moisture (see technical data sheets), to avoid flaking and surface bubbles, due to vapor pressure. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C.

WINLIVEL
Winlivel is a cement-based pre-mixed self-levelling compound for applications from 1 to 15 mm in both internal and external settings. Can be used for grinding of existing floors or screeds. It guarantees a smooth and solid surface suitable for overlapping ceramic, marble, terracotta, stoneware, parquet, resilient flooring, and liquid waterproofing coatings from the WINKLER range.
- Application Mix with clean water at low speed to obtain a perfectly homogeneous and lump-free mixture. Wet to excess before applying. To facilitate the distribution of the product on the support, it is advisable to use a metal spatula and exert slight pressure. Run a bubble-breaking roller over the still fresh product to eliminate any air bubbles. After 24 -36 hours (at +20°C) it acquires the mechanical resistance to be walkable. After 48 hours (at +20°C) it is possible to overlap ceramic floors and liquid membranes. After 14 days (at +20°C) it is possible to overlap stone materials, linoleum, wood, and parquet.
- Consumption 2.0 kg/m² per millimetre of thickness.
- Useful Advices Do not add cement or additives. Do not use if bag is damaged. In case of wood, parquet and other coatings that are particularly sensitive to moisture, apply a thickness greater than or equal to 5 mm. Always check, using a carbide hygrometer, that the residual moisture is equal to or less than 2%, before overcoating. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from sun and wind for the first 24 hours, if necessary, continue to moisten the surface even after application. All joints in the substrate must always be respected. Separate from the walls and from all the emerging vertical elements. For more information on the construction of the joints, refer to the UNI EN 11493-1 standard.

Use Fields
Cement-based screeds not completely seasoned (i.e: 7 days at +15°C), concrete substrates, tiled balconies with permanent problems of excess humidity, tiles, metal surfaces in general, wood, brick, fiber-cement, bituminous membranes, oxidized, both smooth and slated. The product, when fully cured, is resistant to wear by even intense pedestrian passage and, thanks to its mechanical resistance, on rigid substrates (concrete and tiles) makes it possible to place chairs and tables.Once applied, after a few hours it is completely rain-proof.

Application
Prepare the substrate to be treated as described in the paragraph "surface preparation". Before applying, quickly mix the product. The product is ready to use and does not require a primer. ONE is applied with a short-haired roller, flat brush, metal spatula and airless pump (LARIUS series ZEUS, DRAGON OR THOR) For further specifications, contact WINKLER technical office.In case of application over modified bituminous membranes, a period of at least 180 days oxidation is needed.
- Consumption 1.7-1.9 kg/m² in two coats, with ONE MAT in between.
- Surface Preparation Thoroughly clean the substrate to be treated to remove: dust, crumbly parts, foreign or non-stick substances. Before applying ONE, restore any missing volumes (from 2 to 20 mm), with PRE-ONE, a quick-setting premixed product, also applicable at low temperatures (0 ° C) and in case of humidity. After applying PRE-ONE, wait at least 12 hours at +20°C, before over-applying ONE. For levelling floors with irregularities from 1 to 20 mm, use WINLIVEL RAPID, quick-drying self-leveling. For making a new screed, use WINPLAN 370, a quick-drying screed or WINPLAN PRO, a quick-drying screed with low water absorption.

BC SEAL PAD
Self-adhesive square pad based on butyl mastic covered with non-woven, which allows the deformation of the product. The adhesive side is protected by peel off support. Use BC SEAL PAD for sealing around roof penetration such as: ventilation pipes, drains, pipe joining and protrusive parts in general. The non-woven conforms to the shape of the surface and can be covered with tile adhesive, liquid or cement waterproofing product, or other coverings.
The product can be used for repairing cracks on cement, fiber cement and metal.
- Application Sealing of drainpipes, aerators, lead pipes, emerging pipes, fittings and drains. It adapts to the shape of the substrate and the non-woven fabric can be coated with tile adhesives, flexible cement-based waterproofing products, elastomeric liquid waterproofing products and bituminous membranes.
- Useful Advices The substrate must be clean, dry and free from dust or non-sticking substances that would compromise adhesion. Remove the silicone paper and apply avoiding leaving air bubbles. It is recommended to overlap by at least 5 cm on other system parts. Do not over apply with solvent-based products. Use at a maximum temperature of +30°C, to avoid difficulties in the release of the peelable non-stick protector.

WINPLASTER
Waterproof premix, single-component, thixotropic, fibre-reinforced product, used for the construction of waterproof baseboards on bitumen-polymer and waterproofing membranes of the WINKLER range and for the waterproofing of concrete or plaster walls. Excellent workability and applicable with thicknesses of 2 – 3 cm, even in a single coat.
- Application Apply by trowel or spray.
- Consumption Render: 1.5 kg/m² per mm of thickness. Plaster: 1.6 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
- Useful Advices Remove the degraded concrete/plaster, if necessary, sandblast or wash the surface to be treated thoroughly with a water-jet, which must be free of salts, oils, greases, crumbly parts and foreign or non-sticking substances. Use WINGRIP EVO as a gripping coat, both on bituminous membranes and on liquid waterproofing products from the WINKLER range. In this case, wait 2 hours before applying the premix (see WINGRIP EVO data sheet). In the case of concrete, wet the substrate to excess before application. Applicable with thicknesses of 2 - 3 cm, even in a single coat. For greater thicknesses, provide for the use of plaster holder net (max thickness 4 cm). The product can also be used as a rough coat (hooking coat), simply by using a greater amount of water (see consumption), wait 4/5 hours before applying WINPLASTER. Protect from sun and wind for the first 24 hours, if necessary, continue to moisten the surface even after application.

- Consumption 1.6 - 1.7 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
- Useful Advices Carefully clean the support to remove dust, crumbly parts, foreign or non-sticking substances. The application must take place on dry surfaces and supports. The bituminous membranes must have undergone at least 180 days of oxidation, before proceeding with the application of the product. The parts of the membrane damaged, perforated, slightly reptated (formation of humps and depressions), raised and any joints that are discontinuous or completely unsoldered, must be repaired, and sealed using the SHELL TIXOPHALTE product. Apply the product with a thickness of 2 to 15 mm per coat. For further coats, wait at least 24 hours. Maximum applicable thickness: 4 cm. Protect for at least 48 hours from: water, rain, snow, or high humidity at night. It can be over-applied with all the liquid waterproofing membranes of the WINKLER range or with bituminous membranes by torching or cold gluing with WINGLUE, WINGLUE FAST or WINGLUE UNIVERSAL.

WINTAPLAST
Two-component, waterproof, elastic, coloured mortar, resistant to UV rays and both positive and negative hydrostatic thrust. Particularly suitable for applications on large surfaces, it can also be applied vertically. The product has excellent adhesion to concrete, ceramic, natural and artificial stone, wood, steel, galvanized sheet metal and other non-oxidizable metals. Waterproof, resistant to bad weather,
- Application Apply the product with a flat brush or a metal spatula.
- Consumption 1.8 kg/m² per mm of thickness. As a waterproof and abrasion resistant coating, in positive thrust: 3.6-4 kg/m², in two coats. As waterproofing in negative thrust: 4.5-5 kg/m², in three coats. Any preliminary levelling of the substrate will require greater consumption.
- Surface Preparation The substrate must be clean, dry, cohesive, free oil crumbly parts, oils, or other non-stick substances. Irregularities of up to 1.5 mm can be restored with WINTAPLAST. Absorbent substrates such as concrete, plaster, masonry etc. shall be dampened beforehand. Prior to the application of WINTAPLAST it is highly recommended the use of BC SEAL BAND (self-adhesive butyl tape coated with polypropylene non-woven fabric) for proper reinforcement and sealing of corners and penetrations.
- Useful Advices Apply on a clean, dry, cohesive surface, free of oils and non-stick substances. Irregularities up to 1.5 mm, can be restored with WINTAPLAST. Absorbent substrates (concrete, plaster, etc.) must be previously moistened. For each single layer a thickness of 1 mm must not be exceeded. The next layer can be applied when the previous one is perfectly dry. Maximum total thickness of the coating: 3 mm. To improve the “visible face”, we recommend using a sponge trowel, before the product sets. For application in swimming pools, basins, tanks, fountains, and any structure intended for water containment, wait at least 7 days from the last coat of the product before filling.

PRE-ONE
One-component, thixotropic, quick-setting mortar, specific for the levelling and repair of damp substrates, even at extreme temperatures (from 0° to +45°C). It is used to restore patches (up to 2 m²), both horizontally and vertically, of concrete substrates, cement screeds, plaster, etc., before the subsequent laying of ONE, ONE VERTICAL or ONE FLOORING. - Surface Preparation Remove the degraded concrete, if necessary carefully sand or wash the surface, which should be free from salt, oil, grease, flaky parts and foreign or non-stick substances, with a pressure washer and water. Wet base thoroughly before application. In the presence of oil stains proceed as described below: remove about 2 mm of the base where oil is present, remove dust and immediately apply ONE PRIMER (primer for oily foundations) with a roller or flat brush, continue immediately to dust with quartz 01-05. Wait at least 24 hours before restoring holes with PRE-ONE.
- Useful Advices Mix well until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The product can be applied at temperatures between 0°C and +45°C. For repairs in areas greater than 1m² (maximum 2 m²) and for thicknesses greater than 1 cm, apply the product in 2 coats. With this specific method of application, any damage to the product after applying the first coat can be restored with the second coat. Sand the surface of PRE-ONE and remove the dust before the subsequent laying of the liquid membranes.

ONE FLOORING
ONE FLOORING is a single-component coloured liquid waterproofing membrane with high UV-resistant protection specifically formulated to ensure long-lasting waterproofing, and durable ‘drive-over’ protection to treated substrates. Applicable both indoors and outdoors in extreme conditions: low and high temperatures (from 0°C to +45°C), on damp, very humid or wet substrates. The product remains stable to thermal
- Application It can be applied with a spatula or short-haired roller. Apply the first coat by short-haired roller for a consumption of 350-400g/m². Wait for the time indicated on the temperature table, then apply the second coat, always with roller or metal trowel, for a rate of 1.1-1.2 kg/m². The use of a spiked roller after the second coat, before it cures, is always recommended. For any repairs to the surface, PRE-ONE mortar or UNIBAR FORMULA and UNIBAR MALTA can be used. In case of an oil-polluted substrate, provide for the use of ONE PRIMER or TECHNOASFALT where applied on asphalt (see technical data sheet). In case of application on substrates subject to movements, it will be necessary to interpose ONE MAT in between.
- Consumption 1.7 - 1.9 kg/m² without reinforcement. 1.8 - 1.9 kg/m² with the interposition of ONE MAT.
- Useful Advices Make sure that the supports are clean and free from crumbly, detached parts, foreign or non-sticking substances. Apply in two coats. To obtain an optimal finish, apply the second coat of the product with a short-haired roller both longitudinally and transversely. SURFACES WITH JOINTS: The joints must always be respected and waterproofed with a suitable polyurethane sealant.

WINPLAN 370
Premixed, quick-drying screed for both internal and external settings. It allows the creation of adherent screeds with thicknesses from 1 cm to 3 cm and floating screeds from 3 cm to 8 cm, applied in one coat, in one single application without stopping. Applicable on new or old slabs, boilers, concrete, radiant floors, or existing
- Application The product is used to create both adherent screeds, using ADEGUM LATEX or WINCOLLA as adhesion promoters (see technical data sheet), or floating load distributing layers. In the latter case, suitable layers are recommended for the specific intended use. For application on radiant floors, a thickness of at least 3 cm above the pipes is recommended. If parquet must be installed, the layer must not be less than 4 cm and with residual humidity less than 2% (UNI 10329- UNI 11371 and UNI 11515-1 standards) Mix with 2.5 litres of water per bag, until a homogeneous mixture with a consistency of “damp earth” is obtained. With thicknesses from 4 cm to 8 cm, place electro-welded galvanized mesh with 5x5 cm mesh, ø 2 mm, at about half of the thickness. Alternatively, use FIBER HD synthetic fibers (0.5% of the total weight). The finishing with a trowel must be carried out within 60 minutes of application, until a closed and smooth surface is obtained.
- Consumption 19 - 20 kg/m² per cm of thickness.
- Useful Advices Do not add cement or additives. Do not use if bag is damaged. Do not add water when the mix begins to grip. Do not apply on asphalt surfaces or surfaces treated with bitumen. Create the insulation joint along the entire perimeter and around the pillars and the hydrometric shrinkage joints, following the appropriate diagram shown in the technical data sheet (UNI EN 11493-1). Provide a protective layer on substrates that require a vapor barrier (UNI EN 13970 standard), or in case of applications that require a barrier against capillary rising damp (UNI EN 13969 standard).

WINSTUCCO EPOX
Two-component thixotropic grout paste, based on epoxy resins, free from solvents, and made with special fillers and additives, which give the product an ease of application both horizontally and vertically. Ideal for floors and walls of swimming pools, showers, canteens, and tanks of purification plants as it is resistant to acids, fresh chlorinated and brackish
- Application Mix well the two components by hand or with a low-speed drill, until a homogeneous and lump-free mixture is obtained. Leave to rest for a few minutes before application. Spread with a rubber epoxy grout float, taking care to carefully fill the joints. Excess material must be removed within 2h and 30’ of application, with paper or a clean cloth, soaked in epoxy thinner.
- Useful Advices The surfaces to be treated must be solid, clean, and dry. Do not apply on materials with particularly porous surfaces. To avoid product alterations, do not mix partial quantities. Apply the product at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.
- Packaging 5 kg buckets (2.5 kg part A + 2.5 kg part B).

WINGUM PLUS H2O RAPID
COMPLIANT WITH THE ETAG 005 GUIDELINE, LIQUIDS APPLIED ROOF WATERPROOFING KITS Liquid waterproofing, water-based, fiber-reinforced, coloured and quick-drying, formulated with modified resins of the highest quality. - Application It can be applied with a spatula, brush, flat brush, short-bristled roller, or air-less pump. On surfaces subject to chalking, we recommend a preventive application of the consolidating agent WINFIX CONCRETE. Apply the product in two coats. To obtain a homogeneous and ideal thickness for waterproofing, it is recommended to always place between the coats our reinforcement sheet WINTECHNO MAT. For laying on substrates with irregular geometry (for example corrugated sheet metal), it is possible to apply the product in two coats without the interposition of WINTECHNO MAT reinforcement. The system provides the application on the perimeter edges of the BC SEAL BAND waterproof adhesive strip. For pipes, drainpipes, ventilation pipes etc, use BC SEAL PAD waterproof self-adhesive square, in combination with BC SEAL BAND. Joints up to 1cm wide, must be sealed with WINJOINT BAND joint cover strip. If the width of the joints is greater than 1cm, they must be sealed using a system consisting of WINJOINT FOAM (compressible joint bottom), WINJOINT SEAL (polyurethane sealant) and WINJOINT BAND.
- Consumption 1.1 - 1.3 kg/m² in two coats. 1.7 - 1.9 kg/m² in two coats with WINTECHNO MAT reinforcement inserted in-between.
- Useful Advices Make sure that the supports are clean, dry, and free from crumbly parts, foreign or anti-stick substances. Check for the presence of hidden humidity to avoid flaking and bubbles, due to vapor pressure. Apply at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. For floor grinding use WINLIVEL, self-levelling for irregularities from 1mm to 15mm or WINLIVEL RAPID, quick-drying self-levelling for irregularities from 1mm to 20 mm. To create the new screed, use WINPLAN 370, a quick-drying screed or WINPLAN PRO, a quick-drying screed with low water absorption.
