Cold roofing, waterproofed with a double layer of heat-applied bituminous membrane resistant to root penetration

1 LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT

2 BONDING PRIMER

For bonded screeds, 1–3 cm thick. Apply WINGRIP® NEXT by roller, brush, or spray, with a consumption of 0.5 kg/m². While the product is still fresh, create the sloped screed.

3 SLOPED SCREED

With a minimum slope of 1%, made using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness of 1–3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a bonding primer, applied fresh-on-fresh.

4 PRIMER

Application by roller, brush, or spray of ECOIMPRIMER, a bituminous primer, with a total consumption of 150–200 g/m².

5 WATERPROOFING

Construction in two layers of bituminous elastoplastomeric membrane (BPP), applied hot: first layer EXPERTA 300, with cold flexibility of –15 °C, and second layer COVERBOND ANTIRADICE, with cold flexibility of –10 °C. The membrane includes reinforcement made of non-woven polyester fabric with continuous filament, stabilized with glass, rot-proof.

Application of the vertical upstand using hot-applied COVERBOND ANTIRADICE bituminous elastoplastomeric (BPP) membrane, with cold flexibility of –10 °C, reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric with continuous filament, stabilized with glass, rot-proof.
