1 SUPPORT / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT
It must have a minimum slope of 1%. Alternatively, a sloping screed can be created using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness between 1 and 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a fresh-on-fresh adhesion promoter.
2 PRIMER
Roller, brush, or spray application of the bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, with a total consumption of 150–200 g/m².
3 VAPOR BARRIER
Hot application of the COVERBLOCK 4 mm bitumen-polymer membrane, which functions as a vapor barrier and is reinforced with a glass-fiber mat coupled with rot-proof aluminum foil.
4 ADHESIVE FOR INSULATION BOARDS
Roller or brush application of the water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST, with a consumption of 0.8 kg/m².
5 THERMAL INSULATION ELEMENT
6 WATERPROOFING
Construction in two layers of elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane applied by torch: EXPERTA 300, with cold flexibility of –15 °C, and EXPERTA 400, with cold flexibility of –20 °C. The membrane is reinforced with rot-proof continuous-filament polyester non-woven fabric stabilized with glass.
7 LOAD-DISTRIBUTING SCREED
Construction of a de-solvated screed using fast-setting screeds WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO.
8 WALKABLE WATERPROOFING OF SCREED
Construction of flooring and waterproofing using the ONE® system, suitable for heavy foot traffic and puncture-resistant, also applicable on damp surfaces and at extreme temperatures (0 to 45 °C). Applied in two coats with ONE® MAT reinforcement. Total consumption for two coats: 1.9 kg/m².
9 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING
Construction of the vertical upstand using EXPERTA 400 elastoplastomeric (BPP) bituminous membrane, with cold flexibility of –20 °C, reinforced with rot-proof continuous-filament polyester non-woven fabric stabilized with glass.
10 ADHESION PROMOTER
Roller, brush, or spray application of WINGRIP® NEXT adhesion promoter. Dry and overcoatable in 2 hours. Consumption: 0.3 kg/m².
11 PLASTER
Application of base plaster on vertical walls using premixed cement-based WR05 WINTONAC, with consumption of 1.9 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
12 SKIM COAT
Application of final finishing coat on walls using cementitious skim WF02 RASOWIN, with consumption of 1.8 kg/m² per mm of thickness.
13 CORNER REINFORCEMENT
Application in corners of self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND. Together with BC SEAL PAD, it is also used for sealing drains, outlets, and service penetrations.
14 VERTICAL UPSTAND WATERPROOFING FOR SCREED
Application of ONE® VERTICAL system on vertical upstands and details. Tixotropic waterproofing, puncture-resistant, applicable on damp surfaces and at extreme temperatures (0 to 45 °C). Applied in a single coat. Consumption: 0.35 kg/m².
