WATERPROOFING WITH LIQUID REFLECTIVE MEMBRANE AND BROOF T2 CERTIFICATION

Warm roof with insulating panel, reflective white liquid waterproofing membrane, fire-resistant Broof T2 certification, designed to reduce temperatures and improve energy efficiency, as well as maximising solar panel performance.

1 SUPPORT / LOAD-BEARING ELEMENT

It must have a minimum slope of 1%. Alternatively, a sloped screed can be created using WINPLAN 370 or WINPLAN PRO. For bonded screeds with a thickness from 1 to 3 cm, it is recommended to use WINGRIP® NEXT as a fresh-on-fresh adhesion promoter.

2 PRIMER

Roller, brush, or spray application of the bituminous primer ECOIMPRIMER, with a total consumption of 150–200 g/m².

3 VAPOR BARRIER

Hot application of the 4 mm COVERBLOCK bitumen-polymer membrane, which serves as the vapor barrier and features a glass-fiber reinforcement coupled with a rot-proof aluminum foil.

4 ADHESIVE FOR INSULATION BOARDS

Roller or brush application of the water-based bituminous adhesive WINGLUE or WINGLUE FAST, with a consumption of 0.8 kg/m².

5 THERMAL INSULATION ELEMENT

6 WATERPROOFING (FIRST COAT)

Roller, brush, or spray application of the first coat of Wingum Plus® H₂O Reflex, a colored and fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid membrane. The product is resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and atmospheric agents. The “Reflex” version features high reflectance (SRI 108). It is also available in the “Rapid” version for fast-drying or fresh-on-fresh applications.

7 REINFORCEMENT

Apply the Wintechno Mat reinforcement fabric, embedding it into the first coat by applying light pressure and ensuring complete impregnation of the fabric.

8 WATERPROOFING (SECOND COAT)

Roller, brush, or spray application of the second and final coat of Wingum Plus® H₂O Reflex, a colored and fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid membrane. The product is resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and atmospheric agents. The “Reflex” version features high reflectance (SRI 108).
The total consumption for both coats is 1.8 kg/m².
The product is also available in the “Rapid” version for fast-drying or fresh-on-fresh applications.

9 CORNER REINFORCEMENT

Application in corners of the self-adhesive butyl tape BC SEAL BAND. Together with BC SEAL PAD, it is used for sealing drains, outlets, and service penetrations.

10 VERTICAL UPSTAND

Roller, brush, or spray application on vertical upstands of Wingum Plus® H₂O Reflex, a colored and fiber-reinforced elastomeric liquid membrane. The product is resistant to ponding water, UV rays, and atmospheric agents.
When applied vertically in two coats without reinforcement mesh, the consumption is 1.6 kg/m².
