2021 ANTISKID

2021 ANTISKID, is a water-based liquid waterproofing and anti-slip protective coating, resistant to standing water, formulated with high-quality polymers and copolymers. The product is completely free of organic solvents, making it environmentally friendly with minimal impact.

This anti-slip coating is specifically designed for bike paths, providing protection, safety, and long-lasting durability. Its formulation allows application on asphalt, concrete, screeds, and cementitious substrates, ensuring excellent adhesion and a uniform finish.

Thanks to its specially graded fillers, 2021 ANTISKID delivers high anti-slip performance, keeping surfaces safe and wear-resistant even under heavy bicycle traffic or variable weather conditions.

The product also offers exceptional resistance to UV rays, extreme temperatures, and harsh climatic conditions.

APPLICATION

The product is ready to use. After a brief low-speed mixing, it can be applied with a roller, brush, or airless spray.

USEFUL TIPS / SURFACE PREPARATION

Proper surface preparation is essential before applying 2021 ANTISKID.

Remove dust, loose particles, residues, and any contaminants that may compromise adhesion.

Apply only on clean, dry surfaces. While 2021 ANTISKID tolerates slight residual moisture (up to 3–5%), check for any hidden moisture in the substrate to avoid vapor tension issues.

Asphalt surfaces must be compact, cohesive, and mechanically sound.

For optimal performance, do not apply on frozen or cold surfaces, during high overnight humidity, or if rain is imminent.

Protect the coated surface for at least 24 hours from water, rain, or snow.

Application should be carried out at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C to ensure perfect adhesion and long-lasting finish.
